Hi everyone!  Thanks for visiting my site. I am a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer originally from Columbus, Ohio. I double majored in Dance and Communication Studies at UCLA and have been working as a professional dancer and choreographer ever since. As a performer, I toured the world with David Roussève/REALITY Dance Company.

 

I live in Brooklyn, NY (Park Slope) with my husband, our three kids, and our boxer, Jazzy. I am a full-time mom, but always make time for my clients. I am looking to help folks in the Brooklyn-area and beyond with their movement needs.

I have 20 year's teaching experience in K-12, college and local communities. The dance styles I teach include Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical/Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Modern/Postmodern and Musical Theatre. I also am a certified personal trainer (American Council of Exercise) and train clients in functional movement, strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. My award-winning choreography has been created for youth dance competitions, weddings, talent shows, the concert stage, birthday parties, music videos, flashmobs and more.

My passion for teaching is just as strong as my love for dance and fitness. Nothing makes me happier than working with a student or client and watching them gain confidence as they learn and grow. I take great pride in my relationships with my clients and love meeting and working with new people!
