Personal Training
An ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Leanne teaches a variety of fitness classes and lessons. She customizes each personal training session to the client's needs based on their health and fitness goals.

Training can include elements of Strength, Cardio, HIIT, Circuit Training, Body-Weight Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga and more!

Sessions can be scheduled regularly or as pop-up maintenance workouts.

Taking a holistic approach, the PTP helps clients create a customized wellness plan for the month to fast-track their health goals.

The program includes two personal training sessions a week, a personalized workout schedule, customized diet and wellness guidelines, meal prep & recipe resources, food journal template, accountability check-ins and more!
